My approach is based on the idea that, in all these cases, we are not dealing with different problems, but with different manifestations of burnout.
Burnout is not simply a matter of workload. It often emerges when work ceases to be a source of fulfilment and becomes a constant need to prove one’s competence, worth, and legitimacy.
