Social Projects

Anxiety accompanies almost every one of my clients.

Most of the time, people do not even realize it is there. They do not name it, nor do they notice how it manifests itself. As a result, anxiety grows, begins to shape their behaviour, and affects not only their own lives but also the lives of those around them. Anxiety is contagious.

This is precisely why I launched a project with the French illustrator Marion Mulmann. Through simple everyday scenes, we show how a person can reinforce their own anxiety in ordinary situations — and at the same time trigger it in others.

Notice this thought.

This is often where anxiety begins.

It seems logical… but it actually reinforces anxiety.

Sometimes, it spreads to others.

Can you recognize it in yourself ?

Notice what begins to speed up.

Your body becomes activated… as if there were danger.

The more you try to stay in control, the more space anxiety takes up.

anxiety takes up.

And sometimes, it ends up taking control.

Can you recognize that moment ?

Little by little, these reactions become automatic.

Anxiety settles into everyday life.

Often, it goes unnoticed.

But it continues to feed itself.

What if you started observing it differently ?

What matters is not what you do,

but the mindset you bring to it.
